Help! My orders are being cancelled!

If your orders are being cancelled this is not the EAN Payment Gateway plugin causing it. WooCommerce has a setting called “Hold stock (minutes)”.

You can find the setting in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory

If the option “Hold stock (minutes)” is enabled, WooCommerce will automatically cancel any orders that has not been completed after that amount of time.

From version 3.4.0 of the EAN Plugin we’ve made it possible to bypass WooCommerce’s option for this, so EAN orders will never be cancelled automatically. To enabled this feature go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payment and choose the settings for the EAN Payment Gateway Plugin. Then enable the option on the screenshot below and click save changes.

If you’ve just updated to version 3.4+ from a version below 3.4, make sure to save the setting to enable the setting to take effect.
